These delicious sandwiches can be made ahead and tightly wrapped in plastic food wrap to take along to work or school.

(9-inch) round focaccia bread, cut in half horizontally

cup soft light cream cheese with roasted garlic

cups fresh spinach leaves, washed, stems removed

(1-ounce) slices turkey breast

(3/4-ounce) slices Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Sodium Muenster Cheese |

medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

cups alfalfa sprouts
|
Spread cut-sides of focaccia bread halves with cream cheese. Layer bottom half with spinach, turkey, cheese, tomatoes and sprouts. Cover with top half of focaccia.
To serve, cut into 6 wedges. Secure each sandwich with long toothpick.
