Crunchy Turkey Pitas
Turkey and cheese make these crunchy pita sandwiches a tasty lunch for hot summer afternoons.

Preparation Time: 30 min.  
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
  
1/2    pound (3/4-inch thick) slice deli turkey breast, cubed
1/4    pound (1/2-inch thick) slice Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, cubed
1/2    cup sliced cucumber, cut in half
1/3    cup sliced radishes
1/3    cup light mayonnaise
1/2    cup sliced celery
1    teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8    teaspoon pepper
4    (6-inch) pita breads, warmed, cut in half
4    leaves leaf lettuce
8    tomato slices

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients except pita breads, lettuce and tomato in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.

    Fill each pita bread half with lettuce, 1 slice tomato and about 1/2 cup turkey mixture.
