Turkey and cheese make these crunchy pita sandwiches a tasty lunch for hot summer afternoons.

pound (3/4-inch thick) slice deli turkey breast, cubed

pound (1/2-inch thick) slice Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, cubed |

cup sliced cucumber, cut in half

cup sliced radishes

cup light mayonnaise

cup sliced celery

teaspoon dried dill weed

(6-inch) pita breads, warmed, cut in half

Combine all ingredients except pita breads, lettuce and tomato in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
Fill each pita bread half with lettuce, 1 slice tomato and about 1/2 cup turkey mixture.
