A quick and easy family casserole using ground meat and beans, then topped with corn chips and cheese.

medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped

slices bacon, chopped

cup firmly packed brown sugar

cup ketchup

tablespoon prepared mustard

tablespoon vinegar

(15-ounce) can baked beans

(14 1/2-ounce) can yellow wax beans, drained

(8-ounce) can green beans, drained

cup corn chips, crushed

ounces (1 cup) Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat American Cheese, shredded |
Heat oven to 375°F. Combine ground beef, onion and bacon in 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until ground beef is browned (5 to 8 minutes). Drain off fat.
Stir together ground beef mixture and all remaining ingredients
except
corn chips and cheese in ungreased 3-quart casserole. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edge. Sprinkle with crushed corn chips and cheese. Continue baking for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
