Barbecue Beef & Bean Casserole
This quick and easy family casserole features ground meat and beans and is topped with corn chips and cheese.

Preparation Time: 15 min.  
Baking Time: 53 min.  
Servings: 6 (1-cup) servings

Ingredients:
  
1    pound lean ground beef
1    medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped
4    slices bacon, chopped
1/2    cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2    cup ketchup
1    tablespoon prepared mustard
1    tablespoon  vinegar
1    (15-ounce) can baked beans
1    (14 1/2-ounce) can yellow wax beans, drained
1    (8-ounce) can green beans, drained
1    cup corn chips, crushed
4    ounces (1 cup) Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat American Cheese, shredded

Instructions:
    Heat oven to 375°F. Combine ground beef, onion and bacon in 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until ground beef is browned (5 to 8 minutes). Drain off fat.

    Stir together ground beef mixture and all remaining ingredients except corn chips and cheese in ungreased 3-quart casserole. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edge. Sprinkle with crushed corn chips and cheese. Continue baking for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
