A quick and cheesy skillet turkey divan.

ounces uncooked dried spaghetti, broken into thirds

tablespoons LAND O LAKESĀ® Light Butter

cups small broccoli florets

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

cups fat free skim milk
|

tablespoons all-purpose flour

pound (2 cups) sliced Alpine Lace Deli Reduced Fat American Cheese, cut into cubes |

pound (1/2-inch thick) slice turkey breast, cubed
|
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Keep warm.
Meanwhile, melt light butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add broccoli and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender (4 to 6 minutes). Remove vegetables from skillet.
Combine milk and flour in small bowl; stir until smooth. Add to same skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (2 to 3 minutes). Boil 1 minute. Reserve
1 cup cheese. Add remaining cheese; continue cooking, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted (2 to 4 minutes).
Stir in hot cooked spaghetti, broccoli, mushrooms and turkey. Cook until heated through (2 to 3 minutes). Gently stir remaining cheese into hot mixture. Continue cooking until cheese cubes just begin to melt (1 to 2 minutes).
