Corn salsa gives this sandwich a subtle Southwestern flavor.

cup thick and chunky salsa

| 1/2 |

cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

| 1/4 |
|
cup chopped fresh cilantro
|
| 1/4 |

cup light mayonnaise
|
| 1/2 |
|
pound thinly sliced turkey breast
|
| 4 |
|
(3/4-ounce) slices Alpine LaceĀ® Deli Reduced Sodium Muenster Cheese, each cut in half |

large Kaiser rolls, split*
|

lettuce leaves

slices avocado, if desired

Salsa, if desired
|
Combine 1 cup salsa, corn and cilantro in medium bowl. Set aside.
Spread cut-side of each bun with
1 1/2 teaspoons
mayonnaise.
To assemble each sandwich, layer bottom half of roll with 1
lettuce leaf,
1/4
turkey,
1/3 cup salsa mixture,
2 halves
cheese, 1 slice avocado, if desired and top half of roll. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
*Substitute large hamburger buns.
