Turkey Corn Salsa Sandwich
Turkey Corn Salsa Sandwich
Corn salsa gives this sandwich a subtle Southwestern flavor.

Preparation Time: 15 min.  
Servings: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:
  
1    cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2    cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1/4    cup  chopped fresh cilantro
1/4    cup light mayonnaise
1/2    pound thinly sliced turkey breast
4    (3/4-ounce) slices Alpine LaceĀ® Deli Reduced Sodium Muenster Cheese, each cut in half
4    large Kaiser rolls, split*
4    lettuce leaves
4    slices avocado, if desired
   Salsa, if desired

Instructions:
    Combine 1 cup salsa, corn and cilantro in medium bowl. Set aside.

    Spread cut-side of each bun with 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise.

    To assemble each sandwich, layer bottom half of roll with 1 lettuce leaf, 1/4 turkey, 1/3 cup salsa mixture, 2 halves cheese, 1 slice avocado, if desired and top half of roll. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
Substitutions:
    *Substitute large hamburger buns.
