Ham & Cheese on Rye
This broiled ham and cheese sandwich features honey mustard spread on rye bread with onion, tomato and alfalfa sprouts.

Preparation Time: 15 min.  
Broiling Time: 2 min.  
Servings: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:
  
4    slices caraway rye bread
1/4    cup honey mustard
1/4    pound thinly sliced deli ham
1    small onion, sliced, separated into rings
2    (3/4-ounce) slices Alpine LaceĀ® Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, cut in half
1    small tomato, sliced
1/2    cup alfalfa sprouts

Instructions:
    Heat broiler. Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 2 teaspoons honey mustard. Top each with 1/4 ham, 1/4 onion rings and 1 cheese half.

    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes). Top each sandwich with 1 slice tomato, 2 tablespoons sprouts and 1 teaspoon honey mustard.
