This bagel sandwich holds an old favorite—roast beef and horseradish.

Combine mayonnaise and horseradish sauce in small bowl; spread about
1 tablespoon
onto each cut-side of bagel squares.
To assemble each sandwich, layer bottom half of bagel, spread-side up, with

red onion rings,
1 slice
cheese and top half of bagel, spread-side down.
