Hawaiian Pizza for Two
Hawaiian Pizza for Two
Two individual pizza crusts are topped with a combination of Canadian bacon, pineapple and Swiss cheese to make a quick-to-put-together dinner.

Preparation Time: 25 min.  
Baking Time: 10 min.  
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients:
  
2    (8-inch) prebaked pizza crust
4    (3/4-ounce) slices Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, cut into triangles
1/2    cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2    cup very thinly sliced red onion
2    ounces Canadian bacon, quartered
1    (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
1/2    teaspoon  ground ginger, if desired
1/8    teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, if desired

Instructions:
    Heat oven to 450°F. Top each crust with 1/4 cheese triangles. Evenly top each pizza with bell pepper, red onion, Canadian bacon and pineapple. Sprinkle with ginger and red pepper flakes, if desired. Top each pizza with remaining cheese.

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Serve immediately.

    *Substitute 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger.
