Southwestern Quesadillas
These turkey and cheese appetizer quesadillas can also be served for lunch or supper with slices of fresh fruit.

Preparation Time: 30 min.  
Baking Time: 10 min.  
Servings: 18 servings

Ingredients:

Filling Ingredients:

  
1/3    cup light mayonnaise
1/3    cup light sour cream
4    ounces sliced deli turkey breast, cut into small pieces
4    ounces (1 cup) Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2    tablespoons sliced green onions
2    tablespoons chopped milk green chiles, drained
1/2    teaspoon  freshly grated lime zest
3    drops hot pepper sauce

Tortillas Ingredients:

  
6    (8-inch) flour tortillas
1    tablespoon LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted
   Ground red pepper or chili powder

Toppings Ingredients:

  
   light sour cream
   Salsa
   Lime wedges

Instructions:
    Heat oven to 375°F. Stir together all filling ingredients in large bowl.

    Spread about 1/3 cup cheese mixture on half of each tortilla; fold other side of tortilla over cheese mixture. Brush both sides of each tortilla with butter; sprinkle top with red pepper. Place onto large ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through. Cut each quesadilla into three wedges. Serve with desired toppings. Garnish with lime wedges.
