These turkey and cheese appetizer quesadillas can also be served for lunch or supper with slices of fresh fruit.

ounces sliced deli turkey breast, cut into small pieces

tablespoons sliced green onions

tablespoons chopped milk green chiles, drained

teaspoon freshly grated lime zest

Heat oven to 375°F. Stir together all filling ingredients in large bowl.
Spread about
1/3 cup
cheese mixture on half
of each tortilla; fold other side of tortilla over cheese mixture. Brush both sides of each tortilla with butter; sprinkle top with red pepper. Place onto large ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through. Cut each quesadilla into three wedges. Serve with desired toppings. Garnish with lime wedges.
