Corned Beef & Swiss Bagels
This corned beef sandwich features Swiss cheese and coleslaw from the deli.

Preparation Time: 20 min.  
Servings: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:
  
1/4    cup fat free sour cream
2    tablespoons sweet honey mustard
4    light rye, plain or egg bagels, split
4    leaf lettuce leaves
1/4    pound thinly sliced deli corned beef
1/2    cup deli coleslaw, well drained
4    (3/4-ounce) slices Alpine LaceĀ® Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
4    thin green bell pepper rings

Instructions:
    Combine sour cream and mustard in small bowl.

    Spread mustard mixture onto cut-sides of bagels. Layer bottom half of each bagel with lettuce leaf, 1/4 corned beef, 2 tablespoons coleslaw, 1 slice cheese, 1 bell pepper ring and top half of bagel.
