Lunchtime Bagelwich
Sandwiches with a new twist--turkey, cheese and vegetables piled high on bagels.

Preparation Time: 10 min.  
Servings: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:
  
4    teaspoons prepared mustard
4    herb or onion bagels, split in half
4    lettuce leaves
8    (1-ounce)  slices turkey breast
4    green bell pepper rings
4    (3/4-ounce) slices Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Co-Jack® Cheese, cut in half
4    tomato slices
1/2    cup alfalfa sprouts

Instructions:
    Spread bottom half of each bagel with 1 teaspoon mustard.

    1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices turkey, 1 green pepper ring, 1 piece cheese, 1 slice tomato and 1/4 alfalfa sprouts; cover with top half of bagel.
