pound (1/2-inch thick) slice Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, shredded |

pound (1/2-inch thick) slice deli cooked ham, finely chopped

cup fat free mayonnaise

teaspoons Dijon-style mustard

cup sliced green onions

reduced fat whole wheat crackers
|
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except crackers in medium bowl.
Spread onto bottom of 8-inch ovenproof shallow dish or pie plate. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edges.
To serve, spread 1 tablespoon mixture on each cracker.
